Online Domestic Exchange/Return Policy

Items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund if:

1. The items are in original condition, with all tags attached

2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed

3. You notify us and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt

4. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase 

Napaani must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization number. Exchanged and Returned shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. Napaani will assume the shipping costs of replacing goods from the store back to the customer.  If there is a difference in cost, the customer will be contacted directly via email. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. 

Upon receiving the garments, we will assess the items and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund. If the garment/s do not satisfy our requirements the client will be notified via email and the items will be sent back to the recipient. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Online International Exchange/Return Policy

Items purchased online internationally are eligible for a full refund if:

1. The items are in original condition, with all tags attached

2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed

3. You notify us and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt

4. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase 

5. The items are faulty

6. The items received are different to the goods you have ordered

Napaani must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization number. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by Napaani for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

Please note we do not refund SALE goods, these are final sale items and can't be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. This includes SAMPLE SALE goods. We do not refund/exchange swimmers & underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Domestic shipping (USA):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS ground and USPS Priority. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. First Class Mail will take anywhere from 3-7 days (depending on your location) to ship once the order has been processed. Priority Mail will take anywhere from 1-3 days (depending on your location) to ship once the order has been processed. Napaani is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to whichever carrier handled the delivery.

Please note that any order placed after 3:00 pm on a Friday and on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed until Monday! This mostly pertains to any orders that have requested Priority shipping. Please feel free to email us at hello@napaani.com for any more information about our expedited shipping policies.

International Shipping:
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS or DHL Express.  Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be available at the time of purchase and furthermore, Napaani cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once the item is shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery if selecting USPS, DHL express can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office, USP or DHL facility for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

Sales Tax:
US shipments sent outside the state of Florida pay no sales tax. Florida shipments pay 7% sales tax at the time of checkout. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
